Cancellation and Refund Policies
Cancellation Policy
All chemical services require a credit card to secure your appointment. Nothing will be charged to your card that day. We accept Visa and Mastercard only. For weekday appointments a 24 hour cancellation notice is required and 48 hours for Saturday appointments. If we do not receive sufficient notice, your card will be charged 50% of the service your were booked for. The time we spend with you is very important, this policy is to ensure that you always receive the appointment of your choosing and that we do not get our books filled up with fraudulent appointments.
Refund Policy
When purchasing a retail item at fresche you may return the item if it is unopened and in it’s original packaging. We will refund your money back exactly the way you paid for the item if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. We can not take back an item that has been opened and used.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your hair service at fresche, we will do everything within our power and knowledge to help get you where you wanted to be. We always ask that you come back into the stylist you originally were booked with for any changes necessary; should you not feel comfortable with that approach, please let us know and we will make appropriate arrangements.
