fresche is excited to have new stylist Kevin Payne-Owens join the team.
Kevin Payne-Owens moved to Atlanta 15 years ago. Kevin had no idea styling his mothers hair all those years would someday turn into a career. He apprenticed with one of the top Wella Educators, as well as the renowned Frederic Fekkai, Team FI of Canada and The Bumble and Bumble Institute of New York.
After traveling the United States, Europe and South America,culture and beauty became even more of an inspiration. Kevin’s work has been featured in photo shoots, television and magazines such as: Atlanta, Jezebel and Peach Magazines.

During the process of Kevin’s career, he met his wonderful partner, James, and they are raising a beautiful daughter, Marissa and are Oakhurst residents.

fresche is excited to open an intimate boutique salon featuring all the great stuff about fresche in Stone Mountain. Located in a ranch style house with cozy rooms and Anthropologie type décor’, fresche will be able to deliver personalized style to all who visit! Featured stylist at this location will be: Brittiney Michelle (full time), Linda Castellano (part-time) and owner/stylist, Joi Rooks (part-time). Joi’s schedule will begin with Tuesday’s, Friday’s & Saturday’s in Decatur and Wednesday & Thursday in Stone Mountain alternating an occasional Saturday there as well.
Owner Joi Rooks is excited about the new location, “We are thrilled to be providing fresche services in Stone Mountain. Help us spread the word to family or friends in the area. We will have lots of grand opening specials to offer clients at this location.”

- Tuesday: 10am – 8pm
- Wednesday: 10am – 6pm
- Thursday: 10am – 8pm
- Friday: 10am – 8pm
