There’s only one way to go from lobs—and that’s up!
Okay, technically there are two ways to go, but judging from the recent debuts of shorter ‘dos from Vanessa Hudgens and Jessica Alba, up is the way to go.
Hudgens showed off her new cut on Instagram with a caption many a lob-weary stylist has been waiting for: “Who needs a lob when you can have a bb (blunt bob)!!”
We’re happy to see so many stars and non-stars alike are embracing shorter styles; not since the ’90s have short cuts been so widely popularized. Lauren Conrad made the big chop with help from stylist Kristin Ess a while back.
