Joi Rooks / Owner & Lead Stylist
Joi, a native to Atlanta, has been hand-crafting hair and makeup for the past 21 years. Joi first opened fresche in 2003 in Grant Park. Her resume includes platform work, theatre, runway, photo shoots, video and New York fashion week. Joi’s work has been published in Lucky, Allure and Vogue magazines along with other Atlanta-based magazines. Her education is amongst the highest in the industry, where she has worked in every aspect to further her experiences.
Theo Enzo Aalto / Sr. Stylist
In Theo’s decade and a half as a stylist in Portland, Oregon’s top salons, his well-regarded aesthetic and technique have helped clients highlight their inherent beauty and transform their image — sometimes again and again. It’s no wonder he has built something of a local following: His exceptional standards, thoughtful and attentive manner, and personalized approach make him an in-demand stylist to those in the know.
Philippa Mosely / Stylist
Philippa (pronounced Phil-i-pa) has been a part of the fresche team for 3 years. She joined us after moving to Atlanta from the sunny beaches of Florida. Philippa’s educational resume includes being a graduate of the Paul Mitchell school in Atlanta, training under Scott Cole, world renowned artist. Being a member of the honors program and the Paul Mitchell School Design Team is recognition of her accomplishments.
Lori Olivia / Stylist
Creative, talented and inspiring are all words used to describe Lori. Her education in the industry began in high school, where she was able to take cosmetology courses as a Senior. An Atlanta native, after graduation Lori continued her training by apprenticing in salons around Atlanta and the Paul Mitchell Academy where she has mastered extremely advance cutting techniques as well as beautiful seamless colour patterns.
Tiffany Pateritsas / Jr. Stylist
Tiffany Pateritsas, a graduate of the Paul Mitchell School of Atlanta, has been an integral part of the fresche team for the past year and half. She started out assisting the stylists and honing her craft as a new talent to fresche. Now Tiffany has advanced to taking clients as a junior stylist and is quickly growing into one of everyone’s new faves at fresche!
Linda Castellano / Stylist & Make-up Artist
A multi-talented artist combining the best of two talents hair and makeup, Linda Castellano is a dependable, knowledgeable professional providing her clients with excellent service. Linda’s career started when she was a little girl playing with dolls and styling their hair. Linda continued her passion for styling in high school where she would do her friends hair and makeup for special occasions.
Brittiney Michelle / New Talent
Brittiney joined fresche a year ago after graduating from the Paul Mitchell Institute in Atlanta. She has been continuing her education at fresche under Joi Rooks to further hone her craft. Brittiney’s training has been extensive in consultations, cutting, colour and styling.
Abby Andree / Stylist
Abby was born and raised in Georgia. She studied and graduated from cosmetology school in Acworth, GA and went on to train in an up-scale Buckhead salon for over a year. Working in the industry for over three years, she is highly trained in all coloring and cutting styles but specializes in French techniques.
Lisa Buckles / Sr. Stylist
Experience and southern charm is a great combination and Lisa Buckles brings that to fresche. A stylist, and salon owner for the past 23 years, Lisa started assisting in a salon at the age of 16. She is one of the few that started out in high-school taking cosmetology courses and continued her education over the years with colour, cutting and is now a colour specialist.
Brent Johnson/ Apprentice
Brent Johnson was born and raised in Alabama. After graduating from the University of Alabama where he received a B.S. in Fashion Design and Advertising, Brent moved to Atlanta where he and his business partner started their fashion label, Aman Stovall. Through the success of his label, Brent has shown beside renown designers such as Christian Siriano, Betsy Johnson, Steven OO, and Robert Graham–to name a few.
